At Easy Doctor Appoint, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent appointment booking experience.

Booking Fee

Easy Doctor Appoint charges a ₹20 booking fee for processing and confirming online doctor appointments.

Refund Policy

The booking fee is generally non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed, as it covers the cost of processing and managing your booking.

Doctor Cancellation & Refund

If the doctor cancels the confirmed appointment, the patient will receive a full refund of the ₹20 booking fee. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Patient Cancellation

If the patient cancels the appointment after it has been confirmed, the ₹20 booking fee is non-refundable.

Consultation Fee

Easy Doctor Appoint does not collect doctor consultation fees. Consultation fees are paid directly to the respective doctor or clinic.
